While the lack of direct lake views was noticeable, the mere stroll to the waterside compensated for it. The provision of shared tea and coffee facilities added a homely touch, allowing guests to savor a warm brew at their convenience. The owner, though reserved, exuded a warm hospitality that added to the familial atmosphere of the pension.
